Founded in Ukraine in 2023, Swarmer has supported more than 100,000 combat missions since April 2024. Green Flag invested in the third quarter of 2024 and again in the second quarter of 2025, and Justin Zeefe serves on its board. Swarmer listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market in March 2026 under the ticker SWMR and is now headquartered in Austin, Texas.
In September 2026 Swarmer agreed to acquire Ratel Robotics, a Ukrainian maker of unmanned ground vehicles, for up to $224 million in cash, stock and earnouts, extending the company from drone autonomy into ground systems and adding more than 300 people.
